How do you authenticate pieces?
Every piece is inspected before listing. Maker's marks, construction, materials and provenance are checked against the designer or maker's known work. Nothing goes on the site until we're certain of what it is.
Where do you source from?
Antique fairs & brocantes, estate sales and private established collectors, never general resale platforms. Each piece is chosen individually, never bought in bulk.
How is condition graded?
Every listing carries a specific written condition note rather than a generic scale. Any wear, repair or restoration is disclosed and photographed upfront, archive pieces have lived a life, and we'd rather you know exactly what that life was.
Do you provide measurements?
Yes, every garment is listed with full measurements, and furniture and objects with dimensions. Vintage sizing can be unreliable; measurements are not. If you need details we haven't listed, ask and we'll measure it.
How are pieces packaged?
Every piece is packed by hand. High-value items ship insured.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. UK orders arrive within 5 days, international expected within 10 days. Cost is calculated at checkout.
What if a piece isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece for a full refund, provided it comes back in the condition it left us.
